I love being in nature, both green and blue spaces. I always experience a really positive effect on my wellbeing and mental health from spending time, being active outdoors. I love wild swimming and can’t resist taking the plunge if water is nearby.
My background is as a primary and early years teacher, Forest School Leader and advisory teacher for children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
I am a qualified Advance Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner, working with groups of all ages, out in the natural environment, guiding them in basic bush craft skills and activities to improve their mental health, wellbeing and self-esteem.
My passion is sharing my love of the natural world with others and the benefits of being in nature.
I am also fascinated by the effect that sound has on our bodies and minds and am about to embark on the journey of becoming a Sound Healing Practitioner.
