We would like to invite you to come and find out what Earthwise Collective CIC has to offer your patients and clients.

Join us either on 28th November or 9th December, 11am-2pm (please choose only one date), when we will be showcasing our Wellbeing and Selfcare in Nature - 6 week programme.

Activities will include:

• Mindfulness

• Activities to promote self-reflection

• Bushcraft - campfire

• Natural medicine from your kitchen cupboard

This is an opportunity to give us your feedback and ideas on how these programmes can meet the needs of your clients.

Meeting point - Southern Grove gate of the Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. Plan ahead to arrive promptly by 11am, so we can walk together to the site.
